Jhumpa Lahiri's new collection of short stories, Unaccustomed Earth, will be available on April 1, 2008. I'm assuming all my many, many readers are as excited as I about reading it. One of the stories, published in the winter fiction issue of the New Yorker this past December, was, unsurprisingly, beautifully written, moving and honest and true.You can pre-order Unaccustomed Earth here.
